Vinsight is a cloud-based software built for the beverage industry, with flexible tools for managing production, inventory, and sales. These key areas support the product workflow, at every stage, from vine all to customer. Key functionality included in the "Inventory and Sales" configuration is summarised below.

Vinsights "Buy and Sell" section provides tools to manage both purchasing and sales processes . It supports trade, wholesale, and export sales, and can also connect to B2C sales channels. Stock levels for incoming and outgoing goods are tracked through the Purchases and Sales Dashboards, which can be customised to show relevant data from other parts of the system.

Vinsight is a B2B (wholesale business to business) sales tool and does not do consumer sales natively, but connects to
e-commerce and POS systems for multi-channel sales reporting, tax reporting and central inventory tracking.
While Vinsight is not an accounting package, it does do invoicing. 

The Purchases Dashboard lets you create and manage purchase orders for stock or services. Orders support multiple currencies and can be emailed directly to suppliers. This helps you track what’s on order, expected delivery dates, and incoming inventory.

The "Count" area of Vinsight is used to document and adjust stock levels once purchased.
